As 2018 is winding down, we are pleased to announce some exciting updates. We recently welcomed three new team members in our corporate office and hired two new regional directors to better service our clients coast-to-coast. Based in Denver, Brian McDonald brings more than 20 years investment and brokerage experience and is leading our efforts in the Rocky Mountain Region. In addition, Dana Smith who thrives on building relationships and working smart, is our new Regional Director for the Southwest U.S.

We are thankful to all our past and current clients who have chosen to trust us with their biggest investment. This has allowed us to have a record number of sales and financings in 2018, with a full pipeline of deals set to close in the coming months. We are incredibly grateful for another successful year of growth and look forward to continue strengthening our relationships and for the opportunity to serve you, our clients.
