Students from Indiana University were tasked with statistically proving the assumption that C-grade apartment rent is roughly 2:1 MH rent for the same zip code.

Using the rent surveys we provided, focusing largely on FL, TX, and AZ, they further broke the analysis down by apartment size and MH owner type.
